Returns & Claims
Buyers must notify Agility Elektrotekniks Pvt Ltd in writing of any shortages, damage, or defects within 10 days of the date delivered. Returns due solely to customer preference or error will normally be accepted only if received within 30 days of the date delivered.
Parts specified as Non-Cancellable/Non-Returnable (NCNR) at the time of quote or sale are not returnable, as those parts are purchased from a manufacturer specifically on your behalf.
No return will be accepted without a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number, which can be obtained by contacting Customer Service. Return freight/shipping charges must be pre-paid by the Buyer; we do not accept COD shipments.
Credit for returned items is issued at our discretion after inspection by our Receiving Department. Only products originally shipped from Agility will be accepted. All returned products should be in the original packaging and unused condition (except defective).
How Can I Return a Part?
If components are missing, damaged, or the wrong part was ordered, we have a return process available. Please note we do not offer exchanges — credit or replacements will be issued. Once you complete the form, our Return department will reach out within 5 business days. Photos are required for damaged goods or missing components.
